When you fill out a contact form, write via WhatsApp, or book an appointment, we may collect:

  • Phone and/or WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Service of interest
  • Preferred office
  • Message or reason for consultation

4. Purpose of processing

Your data will be used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your contact request.
  • Coordinate your medical appointment.
  • Send you clinical information related to your consultation, when applicable.
  • Comply with legal and contractual obligations.

We won't use your data for mass marketing or share with third parties without your express authorization.

5. Data processors

Some data may be processed by technology providers (hosting service, analytics tools) under contracts that ensure confidentiality and use limited to the purposes described.

6. Your rights as a data subject

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:

  • Know the data we hold about you.
  • Update and rectify partial, inaccurate, or incomplete data.
  • Request proof of the authorization granted.
  • Revoke authorization and/or request data deletion.
  • Free access to personal data subject to processing.

We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
